I grew up in Howell, New Jersey, the son of an immigrant father, and served for twenty years in United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. I have three years in the life insurance and annuities industry and three certifications involving advanced business development. I find joy in working with clients and their families and teaching them about the 3 Ways Money Grows, and the 5 Homes of Money, and these financial methods I recommend have a massive impact on the minority, immigrant, and veteran families we serve. It’s heartwarming to see the look on my clients’ faces when we show them a guaranteed strategy to grow and protect their wealth and create a family legacy!

When I am not helping my clients, you can find me spending time with my family and traveling the world! I love all types of food and traveling as much as I can to experience this passion. Whenever I can, I support organizations that are committed to fighting human trafficking, researching cures for childhood cancer, and assisting our military veterans.

Michael Mastrangelo grew up in Cambridge Massachusetts as an only child. Through his teen years, he studied music and excelled at playing the drums by ear. He graduated from Suffolk University in 1999 and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Suffolk University. After graduating from Suffolk University with honors Michael went on to work for a number of financial firms and gained over 20 years of financial services experience. During this time Michael also started multiple successful businesses leading teams across multiple states. Michael married his wife Rosalyn in May of 2018, and they have 3 amazing children. Michael continues to build his financial services business, changing people’s lives and empowering through knowledge and education.

Curt Narvesen grew up in Maryland the son of a Lutheran minister. He graduated from Susquehanna University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has worked for many years as analytics and reporting professional in the health insurance industry. In the Fall of 2018, Curt followed his passion for helping others and began working with the PHP Agency. He greatly enjoys teaching others about how to grow their wealth and prepare for a tax-free retirement.

Outside of PHP, Curt enjoys spending time with his parents, children and grandchildren. His interests include fitness, travel, collecting vintage stereo equipment, and any activity that is outdoors.

I grew up in a small rural area with my family. My father is an Air Force Veteran, my Mother is a retired Nurse and I have 2 younger brothers. After high school, I took a few college classes but didn’t find my passion there so I went to work in various jobs. During a job in a factory, I met my husband. We now have a daughter, a son, and 2 grandchildren. My husband and I own and operate an installation company with amazing employees but we were still looking for something to create more time freedom and build a residual income. We found financial services and the BFL Agency. In doing so, we found a home where we could achieve our goals while helping people.

Born and raised on a small farm in central Ohio, Jerry is one of ten children raised by hard-working parents who instilled in him the values of faith, family, and perseverance. After graduating from a small county school, he joined the U.S. Army Reserves and began working in manufacturing, where he met and married his best friend. Together, they’ve built a life centered around faith, entrepreneurship, and family—raising two children and welcoming two grandchildren.

In 2000, Jerry began investing in real estate, which led to the launch of a successful insulation and contracting business in 2012—still family-owned and operated today. Over the years, he has built multiple companies and currently serves as the Founder and CEO of PrimeEthos Coaching & Consulting LLC, a leadership and personal development company dedicated to helping individuals and business owners grow with integrity and purpose.

Today, he brings many years of advanced training and licensing in life insurance and annuity strategies, with a mission to help families protect their income, build tax-efficient wealth, and leave a lasting legacy. His approach is rooted in financial education, teaching clients the 3 Ways Money Grows and The 5 Homes of Money.

Outside of business, he is passionate about supporting nonprofit causes that serve veterans and combat human trafficking. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the world and making memories with his family.

I grew up in Chicago, IL, and studied Accounting and Business Management at Trinity International University. I later earned my Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Trinity Graduate School.

As an insurance broker, I focus on helping new parents and entrepreneurs protect their assets and build financial stability. I love seeing parents take steps to create a legacy for their families and showing entrepreneurs how their money can work for them while they pursue their passions.

Outside of work, I’m all about travel, culture, and food. I’m a big fan of fitness and sports, and nothing matters more to me than my family.

On weekends, you’ll find me traveling, spending time outdoors, or making memories with my loved ones. I’m also passionate about giving back through my church, sports ministry, and community service. And if you ever want to talk food or movies—I’m your person!
