I grew up in Howell, New Jersey, the son of an immigrant father, and served for twenty years in United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. I have three years in the life insurance and annuities industry and three certifications involving advanced business development. I find joy in working with clients and their families and teaching them about the 3 Ways Money Grows, and the 5 Homes of Money, and these financial methods I recommend have a massive impact on the minority, immigrant, and veteran families we serve. It’s heartwarming to see the look on my clients’ faces when we show them a guaranteed strategy to grow and protect their wealth and create a family legacy!

When I am not helping my clients, you can find me spending time with my family and traveling the world! I love all types of food and traveling as much as I can to experience this passion. Whenever I can, I support organizations that are committed to fighting human trafficking, researching cures for childhood cancer, and assisting our military veterans.

Michael Mastrangelo grew up in Cambridge Massachusetts as an only child. Through his teen years, he studied music and excelled at playing the drums by ear. He graduated from Suffolk University in 1999 and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Suffolk University. After graduating from Suffolk University with honors Michael went on to work for a number of financial firms and gained over 20 years of financial services experience. During this time Michael also started multiple successful businesses leading teams across multiple states. Michael married his wife Rosalyn in May of 2018, and they have 3 amazing children. Michael continues to build his financial services business, changing people’s lives and empowering through knowledge and education.

Teresa Mason began her journey with PHP Agency in April 2020 as a part-time agent looking to build a legacy for her family and wanting more time-freedom to spend with her 2 kids. Coming from a background in Data and Reporting Analysis concentrated on Healthcare Operations, she had no prior experience in financial services. As Teresa built her knowledge and her business, she was able to walk away from her full-time job in Healthcare in May 2021. She is now continuing to expand her business while serving families. Teresa resides in Maryland with her husband, 2 kids, and fur-kid, Baxter.

Pastor (Dr.) Idowu holds a doctorate degree in Public Health (DrPH) from Morgan State University, School of Community Health and Policy, Baltimore. MD. She was inducted into the Morgan State University Beta Epsilon Chapter of the Delta Omega National Honorary Society in Public Health. She was the 2013 Alumni of the Year at the School of Community Health and Policy.  She was the recipient of a Kellogg-sponsored fellowship in 2005/2006 at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, North Carolina for “Emerging Leaders in Public Health”. She has some training as Clinical Research Associate and Safety aspects in Pharmacovigilance. Dr. Idowu served as a Commissioner on Governor Hogan’s Maryland Governor’s Commission on African Affairs until she was asked in 2018 to start the church, RCCG Bright Star Tower, Baltimore. MD where she’s the lead Pastor with her husband. She is a graduate of the Redeemed Christian Church of God School of Disciples.

In 2016, she started her consulting business, Seeds Omega Consulting, LLC.  Her interest continues in behavioral health with an emphasis on preventive health education, training, and outreach. She later saw the need for financial literacy education in the community as a complement to the healthy lifestyle she was educated on. In 2019 she became a licensed insurance agent under PHP (People Helping People) helping middle-income families protect and create wealth and legacy for their families. She’s also under the mentorship of Lawrence Korman at the BFL base shop.  

Dr. Abimbola Idowu was the former Project Director for the African American Health Program (AAHP) in Silver Spring, MD from February 2013-to 2016 with Betah Associates, Inc. She provided overall fiscal and program management in the areas of HIV/AIDS, Infant mortality and maternal health (SMILE), Cardiovascular health, Diabetes, Oral Health, and the Community Health Workers program. Dr. Idowu developed a four-week health program for inmates called “WIGO – When I Get Out: A healthy and safer lifestyle” at the County Correctional Facility. The program was one of the recipients of the 2011 National Association of Counties (NACo) Award in Montgomery County. She’s a published author with her book, “Leave the Nest to Soar”. She is married to Dr. Timothy Idowu, and they have three wonderful children.

Pastor (Dr.) Bola Idowu is a motivational speaker and has presented at local and international conferences. She organized a women’s conference in 2017 themed “Woman who is She?” with over 100 attendees. She has a passion for women interests and her ultimate goal is to assist programs for trafficked women and girls.

Curt Narvesen grew up in Maryland the son of a Lutheran minister. He graduated from Susquehanna University with degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has worked for many years as analytics and reporting professional in the health insurance industry. In the Fall of 2018, Curt followed his passion for helping others and began working with the PHP Agency. He greatly enjoys teaching others about how to grow their wealth and prepare for a tax-free retirement.

Outside of PHP, Curt enjoys spending time with his parents, children and grandchildren. His interests include fitness, travel, collecting vintage stereo equipment, and any activity that is outdoors.

Steven Crane is a dynamic USMC Veteran, Serial Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, Best Selling Author, and Comprehensive Professional Coach known for providing high-performance coaching to support individuals in identifying their key strengths and achieving set career goals. As a veteran who experienced the stereotypical homeless military transition, Steven has a proven track record of successfully building and running various companies focused on supporting individuals in advancing their professional careers and freeing their minds from negativity while overcoming limiting beliefs and stepping into a world of possibilities!

Throughout his career, Steven has displayed deep expertise in guiding individuals in identifying and overcoming their limits and thriving in current roles by offering 1-on-1 sessions. Moreover, he is skilled in counseling clients through career changes to achieve their personal and professional goals. Steven has also been commended for devising and implementing innovative coaching programs and leading global teams to pinpoint and explore new opportunities to inspire powerful personal transformation.

Steven began working in Financial Services in 2017, but it was not until 2022 that he fell in love with the industry after joining People Helping People (PHP Agency). Through the immense diversity, military friendliness, and the incredible leadership of people like Bill Korman, Steven rediscovered his passion for helping people achieve financial freedom, educating the public on financial literacy, and protecting families across the country!

Recognized as the “Veteran Disability Guy” Steven is also the Founder of 360 Veteran, which helps veterans increase their current VA disability rating by sending military veterans to their own private doctors for evaluations. To date, he has helped over 250 veterans through the process of increasing their VA disability rating – providing the veteran community with over $500M+ in benefits. 

Steven is often known for his passion for education and learning. He holds 2 doctoral degrees, 3 master’s degrees, and 2 bachelor’s degrees. He has also completed his Executive Education as a Chief Learning Officer at George Mason University and obtained a Certificate in Executive Leadership and Management from Cornell University.

Outside of his busy life, Steven has volunteered more than 500 hours, assisting veterans worldwide in avoiding the same fate he did by providing them with transition assistance, and mentorship, and connecting them with people and resources that can serve them.

Outside of building a legacy and making the world a little better and brighter, Steven is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, and meeting new people, and is always looking to serve his community and those around him.

I grew up in a small rural area with my family. My father is an Air Force Veteran, my Mother is a retired Nurse and I have 2 younger brothers. After high school, I took a few college classes but didn’t find my passion there so I went to work in various jobs. During a job in a factory, I met my husband. We now have a daughter, a son, and 2 grandchildren. My husband and I own and operate an installation company with amazing employees but we were still looking for something to create more time freedom and build a residual income. We found financial services and the BFL Agency. In doing so, we found a home where we could achieve our goals while helping people.

I was born and raised on a small farm near a little town in central Ohio. One of 10 children of hard-working parents. After graduating from a small county school I joined the US Army Reserves and started working in a factory. I married my best friend I met at work in the factory and together we have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. In 2000 I started investing in real estate which led to starting an insulation and contracting company in 2012 which we still own today.

I now have 3 years of advanced training and licensing in protecting a family’s lives, assets, and incomes utilizing life insurance & annuities. I strive to always bring value by educating individuals on the 3 Ways Money Grows and The 5 Homes Of Money to help them leave a legacy for their families. As much as possible I love to support non-profit organizations that provide help to veterans and combat human trafficking.

I grew up in Corinth, Mississippi, and enlisted in the United States Navy after high school in
1993. I have proudly served our Nation as a Hospital Corpsman and a Medical Service Corps
Officer throughout the Global War on Terror, I deployed four times to protect our Nation’s
freedoms and most notably had the honor serve with our Marine Corps as the Medical Planner
for the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. During my Navy career, I received my Bachelor’s of
Science in Medical Technology from Old Dominion University in 2004 and my Master’s of Public
Health in Health Care Systems Administration in 2010. I am proud to end my journey with the
greatest Navy in the world with retirement in 2023 having accomplished two key milestones;
achieving the enlisted rank of Chief Petty Officer and the officer rank of Lieutenant Commander.

My desire is to continue serving those in our communities with a financial education that I
personally learned in 2019 when joining PHP Agency to spread and share this knowledge. I
wish to assist hardworking people and families in our communities with retirement protection
and family coverage for peace of mind.

I now live in Mount Airy, Maryland with my wife, three children, two Bernadoodles, one,
Sheepadoodle, and one Labradoodle. I love vacationing with my family in the Caribbean where
my wife was born. I also love to get out on my kayak and spend the day fishing to bring home a
fresh catch to see my wife’s face light up. I look forward to every moment I can spend with my
kids supporting their interests in robotics and health care.

I was born & raised in Massachusetts until moving to North Carolina in my late teens. (Go Pats!) I have almost 15 years in the automotive industry and currently serve as the Finance Director for a large automotive group. I also consult with dealerships on organizational management and training.
