As a veteran who experienced the stereotypical homeless military transition, Steven has a proven track record of successfully building and running various companies focused on supporting individuals in advancing their professional careers and freeing their minds from negativity while overcoming limiting beliefs and stepping into a world of possibilities!
Throughout his career, Steven has displayed deep expertise in guiding individuals in identifying and overcoming their limits and thriving in current roles by offering 1-on-1 sessions. Moreover, he is skilled in counseling clients through career changes to achieve their personal and professional goals. Steven has also been commended for devising and implementing innovative coaching programs and leading global teams to pinpoint and explore new opportunities to inspire powerful personal transformation.
Steven began working in Financial Services in 2017, but it was not until 2022 that he fell in love with the industry after joining People Helping People (PHP Agency). Through the immense diversity, military friendliness, and the incredible leadership of people like Bill Korman, Steven rediscovered his passion for helping people achieve financial freedom, educating the public on financial literacy, and protecting families across the country!
Recognized as the “Veteran Disability Guy” Steven is also the Founder of 360 Veteran, which helps veterans increase their current VA disability rating by sending military veterans to their own private doctors for evaluations. To date, he has helped over 250 veterans through the process of increasing their VA disability rating – providing the veteran community with over $500M+ in benefits.
Steven is often known for his passion for education and learning. He holds 2 doctoral degrees, 3 master’s degrees, and 2 bachelor’s degrees. He has also completed his Executive Education as a Chief Learning Officer at George Mason University and obtained a Certificate in Executive Leadership and Management from Cornell University.
Outside of his busy life, Steven has volunteered more than 500 hours, assisting veterans worldwide in avoiding the same fate he did by providing them with transition assistance, and mentorship, and connecting them with people and resources that can serve them.
Outside of building a legacy and making the world a little better and brighter, Steven is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, and meeting new people, and is always looking to serve his community and those around him.
